Return Policy

Jelks LLC. wants our customers to depend on the quality and freshness of our coffees. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the unused portion can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless Jelks, Inc caused an error with your order. Please contact us by calling (800) 235-7361 if you have a concern about your order. Have your order number ready when calling.


Jelks Coffee Roasters Return Policy

·        15-Day Return Policy On All Products

·        An order must have Return Authorization # before being sent back to us. Any package without RA # will not be accepted at our warehouse. Please Contact us for one.

·        Any product returned must be in its original packaging.

·        A copy of your receipt is required; make sure your order number and date is clearly marked.

·        Shipping costs for orders and cost for returning orders will not be refunded.

·        Jelks Coffee does not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged returns; we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance on all items being returned.

·        Upon receipt, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully
for damaged or missing items.  All claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within five (5) days of package receipt.

·        Receiving Damaged Merchandise - If you receive merchandise that is damaged please be aware that we do not replace merchandise for damage that occurs during transit. Please report all damaged merchandise to us within 5 days.  We will contact UPS Claims Department for you UPS will be responsibly for the merchandise damaged while in their care.

·        Jelks recommends that customers track their packages during shipment. If your product is delivered to the wrong address, or is lost by the carrier, tracking information will help in the recovery of the package. It is the responsibility of the carrier to locate merchandise in their care. Customer will be charged the fee UPS charges us for address correction if we were given a wrong or incomplete address by our customer.

·        Please report any missing merchandise or other errors in the fulfillment of your order within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, Jelks will conclude that your order was completed accurately. No claims will be accepted after that time.
