The Walkers developed our white pepper seasoning blend at the request of friends and customers who cannot have black pepper. Grandma Fontenot now uses it in her kitchen and every time she cooks with it, she receives a loving slap on the back and a kiss on the cheek, thanking her for another great-tasting Cajun dish.
