Famous Savannah Cinnamon Holiday Punch Draw a crowd of family and friends with this fragrant and delicious hot mulled punch! Mix 1/2 gallon apple juice with 1/2 cup of Savannah Cinnamon Mix - Heat and serve. That's all there is to it--so simple!

Praline Dip

Mix the following ingredients until smooth: 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, 1/4 cup Praline Mix. Serve with red & green apple slices (sprinkle slices with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown) or butter cookies.

Cherry Glazed Tenderloin

Mix 1 cup Black Cherry Mix with 2 chopped shallots, ½ cup chopped parsley, dash of black pepper, and ¼ cup oil. Marinate tenderloin overnight. Grill or bake.

German Apple Chops

Season 1 ½ cups flour with salt & pepper to taste, and lightly flour 6-8 pork chops; brown on one side in 4 tablespoons butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Turn chops, add 2-3 sliced apples (cored and peeled), 1 sliced onion, and 1 ½ cups Cinnamon Mix ? bring to a boil and simmer. Cover & cook for 8-10 minutes until chops are done.

Cinnamon Fried Apples

Melt 2 TBSP butter in a skillet and add 8 sliced apples (cored and peeled or unpeeled, according to taste). Sprinkle ½ cup brown sugar over cooking apples and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 cup Cinnamon Mix and cook over medium heat, stirring until liquids evaporate. Serve while hot w/ vanilla ice cream or whipped topping that has been flavored with Cinnamon Mix. Makes a great Autumn breakfast when served over waffles or pancakes.

Raspberry Dressing & Apple Walnut Salad

Whisk ½ cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup Raspberry Mix, 2 TBSP Sour Cream and 2 tsp Dijon mustard until smooth. Serve over salad of chopped apples, walnuts and raisins.

Sassy Meatballs

In a crock pot combine 1 cup Orange Spice Mix with 16 oz. jar Taco Sauce & 1 lb. ready-made meatballs. Keep hot in crock pot for serving & garnish with curls of orange peel.

Hazelnut Cappuccino Trifle

Cut 16 oz. prepared pound cake into 1 inch cubes ? set aside. Whisk 1 ½ cup milk & 1 cup Hazelnut Mix with 5 TBSP instant coffee until dissolved: set aside 1 cup of this mixture. Add 2 packages vanilla instant pudding to the remaining mixture and whisk until it starts to thicken. Gently fold in thawed 8 oz. whipped topping. To assemble, place a third of cake cubes in bottom of trifle bowl. Pour 1/3 of the reserved milk mixture evenly over the cake cubes. Add a third of the pudding mixture. Repeat for 2 more layers. Topping: Blend 1/3 cup Hazelnut Mix into 8 oz. thawed whipped topping, & spread evenly over the top of the trifle. Garnish with grated chocolate, & refrigerate until ready to serve.

Praline Nutty Topping

Melt 2 TBSP butter in pan; add 1 ½ cup chopped pecans: cook over medium heat until toasted. Add 2 TBSP brown sugar and 1/3 cup Praline Mix. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve over ice cream, waffles, pound cake, etc.

Heavenly Chocolate Almond Cloud

 

Prepare 3.9 oz chocolate instant pudding mix according to instructions, except substitute ½ cup Almond Mix for ½ cup milk. Cut half of a prepared angel food cake into 1 inch cubes. Fold cake into pudding mixture, and place in a nice bowl. Mix together 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 7 oz jar marshmallow cream and 1/3 cup Almond Mix. Drizzle over top of cake mixture. Also wonderful with Hazelnut Mix.

Witches Brew

Mix together 1 quart cranberry juice, 1 quart pineapple juice 2 cups water, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 cup Cinnamon or Orange Spice Mix. Heat until warm. Serve in black witch?s caldron, surrounded by dry ice for a nice spooky effect!

Spiced Tea in an Instant

Blend 2/3 cup instant tea mix with 2 quarts of boiling water and 1 cup Orange Spice Mix (use the tea mix all ready flavored with lemon and sugar). Serve warm, garnished with an orange slice and a sprig of mint.

Christmas Morning French Toast

Add 1 TBSP Cinnamon Mix to 2 beaten eggs. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, and fry in butter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
Glazed Ham

Blend ingredients, glaze and cook ham as directed with one of the following recipes:

==>One cup Cinnamon Mix with ½ cup brown sugar

==>One cup Orange Spice Mix, ½ cup orange marmalade, 1/3 cup horseradish, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup yellow mustard

==>One cup Cinnamon Mix with 10 oz. jar melted apple jelly or orange marmalade

==>One cup Praline Mix with ½ cup brown sugar and ½ cup mustard

==>One cup Cinnamon Mix with 8 oz. coke

==>One cup Orange Spice Mix, 1 cup brown sugar and ½cup orange or pineapple juice

Strawberry Punch

A delicious, cold holiday punch. Combine a 46 oz. can pineapple juice, 46 oz cranberry juice, 2 cups Strawberry Mix, quart of lemonade, 1 liter Sprite and quart orange juice. Chill. Garnish with frozen fruit ring made of pineapple/cranberry juice. Serves 42.

Harvest Sweet Potatoes:

Whisk ½ cup brown sugar w/ 1/2 cup Orange Spice Mix, 3 TBSP melted butter, and ½ teaspoon salt till smooth. Drain a large can of sweet potatoes, pour into baking dish. Slice 2 tart apples into thin wedges and place on top of potatoes. Sprinkle w ½ cup fresh cranberries (optional). Pour Orange Spice Mix over top and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle a little Orange Spice Mix over the top before serving.

Praline Carrots & Onions

Melt ½ stick butter in a frying pan. Add a bag of frozen sliced carrots, 2 Vidalia onions sliced and separated into rings. Add ¼ cup brown sugar. Cook on medium heat until tender. Add 1/3 cup Praline Mix and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot

Almond Green Beans

Stir in 2 TBSP slivered almonds to one can of drained green beans. Dot with 1 TBSP butter. Sprinkle with 2 TBSP Almond Mix. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Spiced Cranberry Relish

Add to the bowl of a food processor a 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries, a sliced, seeded orange w/ peel, ¾ cup sugar and ¾ cup Orange Spice Mix. Process till coarsely chopped. Chill and serve w/ turkey, chicken or pork.

Heavenly Ambrosia

Peel, seed and chop 6 oranges OR use 2-11oz. cans of mandarin oranges (drained). Add ½ cup chopped pecans, ¼ cup coconut, ½ cup cherries, 1 cup miniature marshmallows, and ½ cup Almond Mix.

Holiday Trifle

Mix together 16 oz. carton whipped topping, 2 cans mandarin oranges (drained), 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup coconut, and 1 cup Orange Spice Mix. In a pretty trifle bowl, layer half an angel food cake that?s been cut into cubes, half whipped topping mixture and a can of whole berry cranberry sauce. Add another layer of cake and whipped topping mixture. Garnish with orange slices. Light and airy?good after a heavy meal.

Raspberry Torte Coffee

Fill a warmed mug 3/4 full with good strong, hot coffee. Add 1-2 TBSP Raspberry Mix, 1 TBSP chocolate syrup & 1 TBSP half-n-half or milk.

Cherry -Apple Dump Cake

Mix together a 20 oz. can each of cherry pie filling and apple pie filling in a 9 in. X 13 in. Greased baking dish. Pour a cup of Black Cherry Mix over the fruit. Sprinkle a dry cake mix over the top. Drizzle a stick of melted butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts . Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes till golden brown. Before serving drizzle with a little Black Cherry Mix. Sinfully good with a scoop of ice cream!
