COOL SPICED SALAD Add Orange Spice Mix to cottage cheese (to taste), fold in orange slices (canned mandarin oranges are easiest). Serve chilled in fresh orange halves that have been scooped out, or in the center of a chilled cantaloupe: garnish with orange slices and serve on lettuce.

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
Mix 1 part Raspberry Mix to 2 parts distilled vinegar. Whisk together 3 TBSP of this mixture with ½ cup olive or vegetable oil. Try chopped fresh mint for added taste. Toss in a green salad. For a delightful gift, pour Raspberry vinegar (without oil) into a pretty bottle, add a fresh spring of mint or other herb (like chives, oregano, basil or chervil), top with a ribbon and attach the above recipe! This is also delicious with our Southern Strawberry Mix!

RASPBERRY CREAM DRESSING/ FRUIT DIP
Process in a blender, ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 8-oz. packages of softened cream cheese, 8 oz. carton of sour cream and 1 cup of Raspberry Mix till smooth. Add fresh chopped raspberries for an even zestier flavor! Excellent over spinach salad or use as a dip for fresh fruit. Will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.

PRALINE SWEET POTATOES
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, mix 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes, 1 cup Praline Mix, 2 beaten eggs, ¼ cup milk, and 2 TBSP butter. Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish. In a bowl, mix ½ cup chopped pecans, ½ cup flour, ¼ cup Praline Mix, ¼ cup brown sugar and 3 TBSP melted butter until crumbly ? sprinkle over sweet potatoes and bake for 35-40 minutes.

FRENCH PRALINE CARROTS
Boil 1-lb. bag fingerling carrots in water with ½ tsp salt, until barely done and still a little crisp. Drain and set aside. Blend 8 oz. carton sour cream, with ½ stick melted butter & ½ cup Praline Mix. Pour over carrots and toss lightly. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and serve warm.

ALMOND FRUIT SALAD
Pour Almond Mix over a combination of fresh fruits: strawberries, bananas, grapes, pineapple, peaches, oranges, etc. Chill to allow Almond Mix to flavor fruit. Add toasted almonds if desired. Everyone will love the subtle nutty flavor. Garnish with Almond Cream (1/4 cup Almond Mix blended with 8 oz. thawed whipped topping).

SAVANNAH FRUIT DIP
Mix together one 8 oz. package softened cream cheese, one 7 oz jar marshmallow cream, ½ cup Almond Mix. Serve with fruit chunks and Teddy Grahams.

QUICK GREEN BEANS ALMONDINE
Sauté drained French cut green beans (or frozen beans) in 2 TBSP butter and 1 TBSP Almond Mix. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.

BAKED ACORN SQUASH
Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds. Place in baking dish and fill center of each squash with 1 TBSP butter and 1 TBSP Cinnamon Mix. Mix ½ cup water and 1/2 cup Cinnamon Mix and pour into pan around squash. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour until tender.

PRALINE BAKED BEANS
Mix together a 28 oz. can of pork and beans, ¼ cup chopped onion, 2 TBSP mustard, ½ cup Southern Praline Mix. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or place on grill while cooking meat.

SPINACH SALAD WITH RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
Tear cleaned bunch of spinach into bite size pieces. Top spinach with 4 strips of bacon crumbled, 2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped) and 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms and (optional) one small sliced purple onion. In a jar with lid combine ¼ cup Southern Raspberry Mix to ½ cup good quality vinegar, 1 cup vegetable oil. Shake to combine. Add dressing to salad and toss lightly.

BLACK CHERRY SALAD
Mix Black Cherry Mix into cottage cheese to taste. Add ¼ cup finely chopped celery if desired. Fill pear or peach halves. Garnish with cherry, sprig of mint and drizzle Black Cherry Mix over the top. Serve on Bibb or Iceberg Lettuce.

BAKED APPLE
Core apple and place in microwaveable dish, fill center of apple with Cinnamon Mix, cover with plastic wrap, bake in microwave for 3 or 4 minutes until tender.

CINNAMON FRUIT SAUCE
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup light brown sugar and ¼ cup Savannah Cinnamon Mix.

COPPER COINS
Even your kids will eat these colorful quick carrots. Cut & peel carrots and slice about ½ inch thick, on a slant. Blend equal amounts Cinnamon Mix and water, enough to just cover carrots. Cook until tender but crisp.

CANDY APPLE CHEESE SPREAD
Blend 3 oz. soft cream cheese, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 2 ½ TBSP Cinnamon Mix, 1 TBSP brown sugar, ¼ cup finely chopped dried apples, ¼ cup finely chopped pecans. Blend in order given and store in container in refrigerator. Try on crackers, fresh apple slices, crispy celery or carrot sticks ? terrific on bagels!

SCALLOPED APPLES
Slice 6-8 apples into a buttered baking dish. Blend together ¾ cup Cinnamon Mix, ¼ cup melted butter, ½ tsp salt, 1 TBSP lemon juice. Pour over apples bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes until apples are soft. Very good combined with other fruits such as pears, or bananas---wonderful served with ice-cream.

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
Mix together 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup Cinnamon mix, ½ cup melted butter, 1 cup milk, 2 beaten eggs. Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. For topping, mix 1/3 cup flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped pecans, 2 TBSP melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over sweet potatoes and bake another 10-15 minutes.

SPICY CRANBERRY SAUCE
Add 1/3 cup Cinnamon Mix to a saucepan. Bring to low boil. Ad 1 cup fresh cranberries. Boil rapidly just until berries pop (about 2 minutes). poon into hollowed out orange halves. Chill. Serve as a garnish or a side dish to add a festive touch to a holiday meal.

SUMMER FRUIT SALAD
Halve a watermelon. Scoop out fruit and fill with a variety of fresh halved/sliced fruit such as watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, etc. Sprinkle fruit with generous amount of Savannah Almond Mix. Chill until ready to serve. This is perfect served with Savannah Fruit Dip (8 oz. package softened cream cheese blended with one 7 oz jar marshmallow cream & ½ cup Almond Mix).

GLAZED BANANAS AND CARROTS
Cover 3 cups sliced or whole baby carrots with water, and cook until tender about 15-20 minutes. Drain. Melt 2 TBSP butter in a skillet, and add 1/3 cup Savannah Cinnamon Mix and ¾ tsp salt. Heat and stir until glaze is well blended. Fold in carrots. Gently mix and cook 2-3 minutes. Peel and slice 3 bananas, add to pan and cook another 2 minutes.
