LIQUID GOLD
For a high-energy breakfast drink: process in blender until smooth: ½ cup Peach Mix, ½ cup sliced peaches, 2 Cups ice-cream, ½ cup orange juice. For a rich-tasting treat without the guilt, use low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt.

FESTIVE FRENCH TOAST
Beat 2 eggs together with ¼ cup Orange Spice Mix, ¼ cup milk and a pinch of salt. Dip French bread slices in egg mixture and cook in melted butter over medium heat until golden brown. Serve with flavored butter: Cream 1 stick butter with 2 TBSP Orange Spice Mix.

BUTTERSCOTCH EASY BREAKFAST TREATS
Take just a minute to make an early morning treat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine in bottom of a round cake pan, 1/3 cup Butterscotch mix, ¼ cup brown sugar, ½ cup chopped pecans, 3 TBSP melted butter. Place 1 can (8 oz,) homestyle biscuits on top of the mixture. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until biscuits are brown.

PRALINE BREAD PUDDING
Beat 2 eggs lightly; adding ¼ cup Praline Mix, ½ cup brown sugar & ½ tsp salt. Stir in a pint (16 oz.) scalded milk Pour mixture over 2 cups bread cubes in a buttered baking dish. Dot with 3 TBSP butter. Place dish in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until custard is set. Garnish with toasted pecans.

HAZELNUT SPREAD
With electric mixer, whip until fluffy an 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese, ½ cup powdered sugar, ½ cup finely chopped pecans or hazelnuts and ½ cup Hazelnut Mix. Spread on toasted bagels, muffins, biscotti, pancakes or waffles. This is also a wonderful cake frosting.

CINNAMON CREAM SAUCE
Boil together for 3 minutes, 1 cup Cinnamon Mix, 2 TBSP butter. Cool and stir in ½ cup undiluted evaporated milk. Optional: add 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Pour over cake, ice-cream, waffles, bread or rice pudding, oatmeal fruit, etc.

CINNAMON HONEY PANCAKE SYRUP
Blend equal amounts honey and Cinnamon Mix. Heating over low heat helps to blend flavor and makes for easier pouring. Pour over pancakes, waffles, French toast, ice-cream or desserts.

BANANA SPICE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES
Blend 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 ripe mashed banana, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 TBSP Orange Spice Mix and ½ cup toasted chopped pecans until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm. Spread on whole wheat or raisin toast, and grill sandwich in a frying pan with a little melted butter.

HAZELNUT-BANANA BREAKFAST SHAKE
For a great morning pick-me-up, blend 4 ripe bananas (peeled and frozen), ½ cup Hazelnut mix, 1 TBSP malted milk powder, and 1 1/2 cup milk. Thick, satisfying and delicious!

BUGS-IN-A-RUG
Combine 8 oz. package cream cheese, ¼ cup powdered sugar, 1/3 cup Southern Strawberry Mix (any flavor will do) and 1/2 cup raisins. Spread about 3 TBSP mixture on a 6 inch flour tortilla and wrap each with plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour. Children love these for breakfast or a great afternoon snack!
PRALINE BREAKFAST SAUSAGES
Brown 1 lb. breakfast sausage links in a pan with a little butter. Blend 1/2 cup brown sugar, ½ cup pineapple or orange juice, ½ cup Praline Mix. Pour over sausages, and cook until sausages are done, according to package directions, and sauces begins to thicken.

SCOTCH BUTTER
Cream 1 cup softened butter until smooth. Add 2 TBSP Butterscotch Mix. Blend together well. Chill. Spread on hot biscuits, waffles, pancakes, bagels and drizzle with warm honey. All of our Mixes make wonderful gourmet, flavorful butters!

ORANGE SPICE HAM SLICES
Brown ½ ham slices or ham steaks in butter. Heat until blended 1 cup Orange Spice Mix and ½ cup orange marmalade, and pour over ham. Cook for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.

CINNAMON PEACH FRENCH TOAST
Pour 1 - 20 oz. can peach pie filling evenly over the bottom of an ovenproof baking dish coated with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. skim milk, and ½ cup Cinnamon Mix in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Carefully dredge 6 thick slices of bread through the egg mixture, making sure that each is well-coated. Carefully place the bread slices over the pie filling in the baking dish, allowing them to overlap slightly. Sprinkle with 3 TBSP Cinnamon Mix and bake for 40-50 minutes or until toast is golden. Very good served with Cinnamon Cream Sauce.

CARAMELIZED BACON
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a long shallow dish mix ½ cup Praline, Savannah Cinnamon OR Orange Spice Mix and 1 cup brown sugar. Dredge bacon in mixture and transfer to a large broiler pan. Bake bacon about 8 minutes on each side until dark golden brown. This is good hot or cold, and makes great breakfast sandwiches!

DONKEY EARS
Cream 1/2 cup of shortening & 1/2 cup sugar. Add one beaten egg and ½ cup Orange Spice Mix or Cinnamon Mix. Sift in 2 cups flour and 2 tsp baking soda. Pinch off pieces of dough, and roll out each piece to 3 inch long. Roll pieces in brown sugar and cinnamon. Flatten slightly and place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake for 350F for 10 minutes.

INDIAN APPLE PUDDING
Scald two quarts of milk, stir in a cup of cornmeal until the mixture thickens. Remove from the fire, add 1 cup sugar, ½ cup molasses, ½ cup Cinnamon Mix, 1 tsp of salt, and 2 cups of sweet apples (peeled, cored, sliced). Pour into a deep pudding dish and bake for 3 hours. Delicious with Cinnamon Cream topping.

HAWIIAN SWEET BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 13 X 9 casserole dish. Take one loaf of Hawiian or French bread, tear into large chunks; place in dish. Whisk together in a bowl 4 eggs, ½ cup evaporated milk, ½ cup Savannah Cinnamon or Orange Spice Mix and ¼ tsp salt. Pour over bread chunks and sprinkle with ½ cup sweet flaked coconut. Drizzle with1/2 stick melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes until bread is puffed slightly and set. TOPPING: ½ can pineapple tidbits or chunks, ½ cup sugar, 3 TBSP cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 cup Savannah Cinnamon or Orange Spice Mix?mix in a saucepan and cook on medium, stirring until thickened. Cool slightly and pour over casserole.
