Recipes - Chai Tea Latte

Hot Indian Spiced Chai
1 scoop of Spice Chai (3 Tbsp.)
8 oz hot water

Stir Chai Mix into hot water until dissolved. Add or substitute milk with water for a creamier taste.

Hot Spiced Chai Cidar
1 scoop of Spiced Chai (3 Tbsp.)
8 oz hot apple juice or cidar

Stir Chai Mix into hot water until dissolved. Optional: Add a shot of caramel sauce or syrup.

Iced Spiced Chai
1 1/2 scoop of Spice Chai (4-5 Tbsp.)
4 oz of hot water
12 oz cup of ice

Stir Chai Mix into hot water until dissolved. Then pour over 12 oz cup of ice and stir until chilled. Add or substitute milk with water for a creamier taste.

Frozen Spiced Chai
2 scoops of Spiced Chai (6 Tbsp)
16 oz cup of ice filled to the top rim
6 oz (or more if too thick) milk

Add Chai Mix, ice and milk into blender and blend until smooth for at least 30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

2 QT Batch Chai for Hot Airpot
To prepare a 2 quart batch of hot Chai, fill a 2 qt pitcher 1/2 way with hot water. Add 8 scoops of Chai Mix and stir until completely dissolved.Fill remaining part of pitcher with hot water and transfer into an airpot for serving. Good up to 8 hrs.

2 QT Batch Chai for Refrigerator
To prepare a 2 quart batch of iced chai, fill a 2 qt pitcher 1/2 way with hot water. Add 8 scoops of Chai Mix and stir until completely dissolved. Fill remaining part of pitcher with ice and store in refrigerator.

To Serve:

HOT - Pour chilled chai product into a steaming pitcher and steam with espresso machine wand until hot. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

ICED - Pour chilled chai product over ice into a cup and serve.

FROZEN - Add 1 scoop of Vanilla Frappe Freeze mix into a blender bowl. Fill a 16 oz cup with ice and pour chilled chai product into cup until cup is full. Pour cup contents into blender and blend at least 30 seconds until smooth and completely dissolved. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
